This V5 model features several key improvements. Its completely revised arm is built from plate steel modeled after an excavator arm, resulting in a lighter yet stronger structure that improves handling on lighter machines. An enlarged stick lift cylinder now enables full extension, addressing previous tuning challenges. Enhanced external hose routing, with fully wrapped hoses, helps keep them cool and prevents damage from sharp edges. A boom cylinder fitting guard protects the bottom fitting from impacts, reducing the risk of breakage. The control system has been updated with a fully enclosed control panel that safeguards electronics, and modular controller options—including a new super controller and an optional JCB-400 control box—offer robust, multi-function control using just a single 12-volt source. This compatibility across different machine brands means you can easily switch from one machine to another without hassle. A hydraulic rotary actuator acts as a break-away mechanism, protecting both the boom arm and mower head from accidental impacts and resetting automatically with a simple switch. With full-angle rotation, the system allows you to cut flat overhead or angle deep into ditches. Additional features include a case drain and a German-made control valve for reliable, long-term performance.
