Our Excavator Vortex Stump Grinder harnesses a high-torque radial piston motor and an integrated drive system that converts nearly 95% of hydraulic energy into horsepower. Its direct drive system—with an oil bath enclosed hub—eliminates the need for external couplers and constant greasing, reducing maintenance and keeping you on the job. A uniquely designed asymmetrical high-strength alloy steel wheel provides clear visibility during grinding and evenly distributes the workload across 12 replaceable cutter teeth, rock guards, and abrasion-resistant wear plates. Built entirely from A572 Grade 50 steel, its rugged housing is engineered to grind stumps up to 18 inches below ground, while an elongated rubber chip guard absorbs impacts and minimizes chip buildup.
